In most cases, the finished wire are produced by following processes.

surface oxide by acid pickling,
mechanical de-scaling, abrasive blasting
or sanding and shaving
* Wire
drawing for intermediate
processing
* Intermediate
processing to the drawn wire such as annealing,
patenting, galvanizing, Ion exchange
coating, electro-plating and
cleaning.
* Intermediate drawing
to make the finished wire by dry drawing, wed
drawing, flattening and
profile rolling

Final process through the annealing and fine
wire
drawing
Even if all the production process have been perfectly performed, the spooling and packing is one of the most important process to protect any tangle and cut of the wire during the payoff by the end user.
In addition to the careful access to all above process, the physical and technical testings are strictly carried out to avoid any failures and defects not to meet the customer's specifications and requirements.
